Share houses in Coogee are listed by the people already living in them, so what you are reading is the household describing itself rather than an agency describing a property.
No rooms are advertised in Coogee at the moment, so the listings above are the nearest ones. The closest are in Waverley, Maroubra and Randwick. Those rooms run from $325 to $500 a week. Rooms come up often, and a saved search will tell you before you would find it by looking.
Living with flatmates is as much about the household as the house. The things worth asking early are the ones people forget: what the total weekly cost is once bills are in, how the place is kept, and who else is on the lease. Meeting everyone before you agree, in person or on a video call, is the single thing that most often prevents a bad share.
