Two post-grad students (both from Dunedin, New Zealand) of Monash University looking for a clean, tidy, easy-going and social flatmate to join us in our Clayton townhouse The room: - Upstairs - Private ensuite - Built-in wardrobe and cupboards - Access to a shared study - Gets lots of light - Outgoing flatmate has pictured bed-frame and mattress for sale if required The house: - Great location - 15 min walk to Clayton Station, 5 min walk to bus stops, 15 min walk to Monash University, 4 min drive to M-City, 2 minute drive to Monash Hospital, 30 second walk to an open park/field - Heating and cooling system - All kitchen whiteware included - Big kitchen and living room - Plenty of food storage space - Washing machine, laundry basin - Outside washing line, and clothes airer's in enclosed glasshouse for quick drying - Garage - Plenty of storage space throughout the house - Off-street parking available in a private driveway shared with our friendly next-door neighbours. 28 year old Kiwi woman doing a Masters in Political Science at Monash full-time. Also teaching tutorials at Monash part-time during the week. Loves to cook and bake and spend time with friends. Enjoys photography, the arts, sport, being outdoors and trying new things. 25 year old Kiwi man doing a Masters in Philosophy of Mind at Monash full-time. Enjoys being an active and involved person: exercise (gym, hiking, climbing, racket sports), partner dancing (jive, ballroom, bachata, zouk). We'll both be at uni most days, but we're keen to spend time together as a flat where we can and curate a connected and easy vibe in our home. We also equally appreciate everybody needing personal down-time and individual space. We are looking for a flatmate who is 25 or older, clean, tidy, respectful, communicative, easy-going, and who is friendly and good company :) We are happy to consider another student, or a full-time worker.
