Lina is looking for a tenant in Ashmore for $300 per week

We are a family of three, in our early 40s, with a young toddler (1.5 years old). Our days tend to start early due to our routine. We’re a happy, kind, and considerate household, and we place great importance on being respectful of others’ space, routines, and privacy. We take pride in keeping our home clean, tidy, and well cared for. We’re mindful of maintaining a peaceful and welcoming environment, and we truly value having someone who will feel comfortable, appreciated, and at home with us. We’re not a party household, but we do enjoy relaxing activities at home such as board games, listening to music, or watching movies. We also love nature and outdoor activities, so we often spend our weekends outside the home. During the week, we both work, and our child attends Kindy Monday to Friday, so we are out of the house most of the time. We don’t have pets ourselves, although we occasionally have friends visit who may bring their pets along.
