Sliding mirrored wardrobe with heaps of storage! You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1x male. Bathroom has a full tub and toilet. 🏡 Home: Huuuuugggeeee living/dining area downstairs that’s good for movie nights, house parties and any other living activities you could possibly want in your living room. A small “spare” bedroom most often used as a laundry room at the front of the house, good for guests if need be. Works on the weekends so generally likes a quieter household Friday-Sunday. 🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️💪🏼🥗 Emma, 24. From New Zealand, works full time as a personal assistant. Works Monday-Friday, loves friends, working out and glass of wine and a chat at any given time! 💜🪩🕺🏼 💸 Bills: $300 per week, rent paid monthly. $1290 bond, paid up front. Shared bills split evenly, paid monthly. We are ideally looking for someone similar age, working full time that has a fun out going personality and that knows the balance of a good lifestyle and is respective of everyones space and routine!
