Cade is looking for flatmates in Bundoora for $200 per week

About this ad

Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the floor plan are available for $200 per week each. I’m looking for friendly, respectful housemates who are happy to share a comfortable home. Students are preferred, as I’m also currently studying a Diploma of Community Services, but this isn’t essential. What’s included: -Good, fast internet -Dishwasher -Gas cooking -Ducted heating -Hot water -Convenient location close to parks, bus stops, universities and Bundoora Square, with its shops and cafés Rent & bills: -$200 per week -2 weeks’ rent in advance -2 weeks’ bond -Household bills are split between housemates as they come in. I’m a fairly quiet person and usually spend my downtime in the lounge watching Twitch streamers such as xQc and Legiqn. I really like the house and the area, and I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy living here too. I’m happy with either a friendly housemate situation where we might become friends, or simply comfortable co-existing if you’re more of a quiet, independent person. Most importantly, I’m looking for the right fit for everyone, so I’m happy to have a chat or informal interview before making any arrangements. If you’re interested, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself, what you’re looking for and when you’d be hoping to move in.
