One double bedroom available, in a lovely 3 bedroom detached house on the border of surry hills, just off Cleveland street. Close to everything Surry hills has to offer, just around the corner you have access to some of the best bars and restaurants in the city, with the luxury of coming home to a cosy house tucked away on a quaint little street. The house has an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with both a shower and bath. There is a small courtyard garden which we enjoy having BBQs and a few drinks in during the summer. We are two easy going Brits – Adam (28) working in sales and marketing and Vicky (25) working in logistics. We both met in a share house a year and a half ago and have become good mates, we enjoy cooking meals together, having the odd drink/ good banter and are looking for someone who would also like this kind of relaxed sociable atmosphere. The room is available from 7th June, we are looking for a long term house mate, however the lease is on a monthly rolling basis which allows flexibility.
