Croydon Park 2 bed semi detached brick home $320/week inc bills - looking for female, student or working fulltime, own room but shared common areas with one other person - me! Non smoking. Room available to share in a 2 bedroom semi on a quiet street with large yard and outdoor area. Furnished with king single bed and mattress, bedside drawers, lamp, chair and folding desk if required. Room has high ceilings, large built in robe with floor to ceiling shelves on one side and double and single hanging on the other (plenty of storage). Quiet ceiling fan and southeast facing window so room keeps cool in Summer. Common areas include large kitchen dining, large newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower and bath, smaller lounge room but opens up onto large covered deck with a good sized yard including vegetable garden and fruit trees. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a second shower and toilet in a separate building just off the deck. Only a few minutes walk to Henley park and Flower Power Nursery. Bus stop at the bottom of the street and property is central to Strathfield, Burwood, Ashfield and Campsie train stations. Neighbourhood shops around the corner include post office, newsagent, coffee shop, pizzeria with a chemist and GP a bit further on. Croydon Park shopping strip is just a short walk along Georges River Road. I work full-time from home and have a separate free standing converted garage as my office space in the back yard. I'm a friendly, easy going, neat and tidy person, looking for the same.
