I can't respond until Saturday (13 Dec), but will be available then. Looking for clean, considerate female flatmate to share lovely 2 bedroom townhouse with female in quiet street and complex. This is a really safe peaceful place, it's not a party place. Light, clean single furnished room, in Webb Avenue, Hornsby. Close to train station and Westfield shops, and bush walking track, beautiful bird life here. Room has built in wardrobe, desk and office chair, and comfortable king single bed ensemble, and sitting chair. Access to a balcony, a front and back courtyard. Re own bathroom: there are 2 bathrooms, and the person will have access to the main bathroom (shower, toilet, basin, bath) but would need to share access to the bath only. Room and house is furnished but anything additional needed have to purchase yourself. This is share accommodation, not boarding. Required upfront: 2 weeks rent ($730) plus 4 week deposit ($1460), and rent paid so that rent always two weeks in advance. 2 weeks notice required prior to vacating. Gas and Electricity paid separately, approx additional $10 - $20 per week depending on season and usage. No couples please
