I'm a respectful, responsible and friendly person with a good sense of humour looking for someone like minded to share my three bedroom near new luxury townhouse with courtyard. You would have your own large bedroom with built-in double robe, ensuite bathroom, own balcony, secure under-ground car space and some storage space in a lock up cage if you need it. The room comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed and bedside tables. There is also extra shelving in the room. If you wish to put a desk in the room there is ample space however you would need to provide this yourself. The place has ducted reverse cycle air con, is alarmed and in a quite complex of 10 townhouses. Rent includes a fortnightly cleaner but doesn't include bills. 10-12 minute walk to both Waitara and Wahroonga stations, easy access to the M1, Northconnex and both Pennant Hills Road and Pacific Highway, and a 3-5 minute drive from Hornsby Westfield. The place comes with a ridiculously friendly resident pooch (spoodle) who goes by the name of Hazel and we don't charge extra for any loving she sends your way. My 15 year old son lives with me 60% of the time - he is very respectful and not your typical noisy teenager! We live a full life and are often out and about.
