hi guys, i have a room to rent from the end of march, preferably long term. it’s a 2x1 in hamilton hill. im 33yo and im looking for someone clean and respectful of the space. i’m looking for a fifo worker as i spend a lot of time studying at home 🫠 i also have a dog who needs time to adjust to people so this is definitely not a party house! rent would be around $300. but it will probably go up when the contract renews in august 🙁 i don’t have photos yet as the room is currently filled but happy to send over some of the house. the room has a built in wardrobe and i will probably put a double bed in it when my housemate leaves! cheers 🙃
