I’m an easy going, hard working hospitality worker, I generally keep to myself, I’m a fantastic cook, I’m happy to chat or just do my own thing. I spend a lot time at my nephews, or with my pet galah and cockatiel. my 6yo nephew comes over occasionally so you’d need to be ok with him wanting to know your entire life history, inc all your ancestors. I don’t drink or smoke, but I’m ok with others doing it but not excessive and smoking in the courtyard not inside. I have the smaller room to the rear, the little courtyard at back, you would have main bedroom, an a private courtyard leading out from your room, plus the shared courtyard at front. Wifi security cameras. 5 min walk to Dandenong station, laundromat next door or we have a laundry you’re welcome to use. Mini mart on corner (licensed), wifi inc, other bills are shared. I spend more time in my room so loungeroom is more empty and available. I do watch my Carlton AFL games tho. I’m happy to cook for someone, I’ve spent the last 7yrs as a part time butler to a single father and his child. So I’m open to taking on a role where we include you home services for an agreed price. I’m also happy to help you move as I have a Ute. I’m a single 60yo male, straight but don’t care who you are so LGBT friendly. I would like someone employed full time prefer over 40’s. Someone that likes animals and im open to you having pets but landlord would need to approve and pet security would be required. I’m on a year by year lease, the landlord is a personal friend but she is a strict one hahah. Happy for you to have guests over but no party’s please. So I’m happy to be as friendly or recluses as someone would like, I’m just after a trustworthy person who is looking for stable accommodation. I can supply a reference as a housemate, tho he said he won’t give me a good one😉 I’m solidly employed, Scottish descent but basically an Aussie. Built in robe, bath and shower, split heating an air con, tiles thru out except carpet in bedrooms. Landlord is open to a long term tenant personalising colour schemes etc. she’d like someone who is looking for a long term home. As for checks, I would like a police check please as my nephew does visit, references are also good too, they can be an employer etc. I’m ok with a couple or mates sharing a room we can discuss the rent if that is case, I’m ok if you have children and some custody, always make room for your kids to visit or stay. The room can be an empty shell of a completely furnished room (the matress, bedding etc would be brand new not second hand) or anywhere in between. All negotiable.
