It’s a lovely home with your own little garden, lots of parks and cafes nearby, and close to the beach and warringah mall. We will be relocating to Melbourne for 4 months for work so it will be basically all yours, apart from an occasion weekend stay. We will keep our things in 2 bedrooms. The rest of the house will be all yours!! So you will have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. All bills and wifi will be paid by us. These photos are from the sale of the house. We are currently furnishing the house now, so it will be furnished apart from your 2 bedrooms. Price: $800 a week (partially furnished, including all bills).
