Aidan is looking for flatmates in Cloverdale for $300 per week

Hi, I’m Aidan. I’m a 41-year-old Irish professional and homeowner, and I’ve been living in Perth for around 15 years. I work FIFO on an 8/6 roster, so I’m away for part of each fortnight. I’m easy-going, clean and respectful, and I keep a relaxed, comfortable home. I enjoy having a chat and being social, but I also appreciate having my own space and would be looking for someone with a similar outlook. The house is a modern, spacious 3-year-old home in Cloverdale, around 8 minutes from Perth Airport and about 1 km from Belmont Forum. There are two furnished queen bedrooms to choose from, both with built-in robes, and you would have sole use of the main bathroom. The house has a large open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, a separate media room, outdoor alfresco area and lawn. I’m looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going housemate who wants somewhere comfortable and relaxed to call home.
