Rowan is looking for flatmates in Pimlico for £1200 per month

Pimlico - Zone 1 Central London Single person only (no couples) Furnished double room with direct access to a sunny balcony, furnished with queen bed and build in wardrobe. South facing balcony (sun from 11am–sunset!). We grow plants and food in summer, and it's a lovely spot to relax. 5 mins to Pimlico Station, 10 mins to Victoria. Quiet area but super central – close to the Thames, Tate Britain, markets, pubs, cafes, and shops. You’d be sharing with a married couple in our early 30s (British & Canadian) – into food, travel, hockey (him), arts & crafts / creative projects (me). We’re clean, friendly, sociable but not a party house. We’d love to live with someone in a similar stage of life (late 20s–30s), who’s tidy, considerate and easygoing. Not looking for a party flat, but someone sociable who’s up for the occasional dinner, wine night or board game. Shared bathroom, shower/bath combo, toilet is in a separate room.
