Alexander is looking for tenants in Fish Creek for $150 per week

Description of the home My housemate Bronwyn and I live in a beautiful farmhouse just outside Fish Creek in South Gippsland. We have a huge garden and are only about 20 minutes from Sandy Point Beach. The house has a large kitchen and lounge room with a cosy fireplace, as well as a washer and dryer and plenty of storage space. This would be a great place for someone looking to make the move to the country and enjoy a quieter lifestyle. About the occupants I’m 39 and work as a Community Development Officer at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. When I’m not working on trying to make the world a little bit better, I’m usually hanging out with friends, having a chat, or playing video games. I also try to surf when I can. :) I’m a very left-leaning person who values kindness, compassion and understanding. Bronwyn works as an aged care nurse in Wonthaggi. She’s a very crafty person who loves stitching and painting. She’s also great in the garden and keeps the garden beds looking neat and tidy. Compatible people We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a household rather than simply sharing a house with strangers. That said, we both value our alone time and understand the importance of having your own space. Being clean and tidy is a must, but we’re definitely not obsessive about it. We enjoy having a chat and the occasional drink together, but it’s not really a party house. That said, we’re certainly not opposed to the occasional house party! Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who wants a safe, comfortable place to call home and who might also be keen to make some friends along the way.
