I am a home owner here , its a cabin in the garden with an adjacent shared laundry and kitchen, fairly basic no ensuit, lovely garden with own entry and My kids recently moved out. We know the neighbours. My dog is with me so I can't have pets. I work as a language teacher and nto healthy eating and fitness. Every year we go to Woodford Folk Festival to volunteer. Needing a good natured responsible person who is independent, having a car helps here, but able to do a bit of watering over summer. Prefer someone who is a good match. Its a lodging agreement because lodger comes into the house to use the shower and toilet so need a trustworthy responsible person who has a trustworthy circle and I do not accept drama, then its a cute retreat for us.
