Im a professional , working as a tertiary teacher and have 2 cabins in my garden, Im the home owner. We are looking for the right long-term fit. Please include the word GARDEN in your message so we know you’ve read the details. This is a lovely private garden room in a peaceful, well-kept home. There is no ensuite; housemates use a shared bathroom in the main home, which I clean weekly and keep replenished, so you don’t have to. Internet and all bills are included. We see home as a sanctuary for people who are busy out in the world — a calm, comfortable place to return to. We’re looking for a mature, grounded and independent person with an established life of their own. We’re warm and friendly , while also valuing downtime, independence and good boundaries. It’s an open-minded, creative household with an interest in the arts, culture, ideas and the wider world. We tend to enjoy living with thoughtful, curious people. I am learning to paint and am a music lover and gardener. The right person will be capable and easy to live with, financially reliable and a respectful communicator. Everyone contributes their fair share to keeping the home and garden pleasant, with some light garden care each week. Hose, sprinkler and mower are provided. This is a non-smoking and drug-free home, including cigarettes and cannabis, and is not suitable for a gaming console/set-up or gamers. Respectful friends and occasional visitors are welcome. Not pets, sorry, as I have a dog.
