My name is Eric Seo, and I recently applied for this share house. I'm well aware of how copetitive the share house market is, so I wanted to intriduce myself in a more personal way, allowing you to get to know the people you're considering for this space. I'm urgently in need of a place to live, so i want to make sure I introduce myself properly. I'm a 25-years-old guy on working holiday. I graduated a university in Korea with a major in Chinese buisiness. Since graduating, I've been working in my family business, traveling to China and spending the last two years in design and selling princess shoes for little girls.. I previously spent six months on a working holiday in New Zealand. And during that time, I had many beutirful experiences living in share houses, that inspired me to come to Australia for another working holiday. I am in Perth now and looking for a place to live. I'm enger to find some great housemates. I love nature, peace and I enjoy swimming, running, and going gym - basically outdoors but also indoor person (loves reading and meditating). I rarely drink, but I do enjoy a drink on occasion. I don't smoke at all. I love socializing with people and have a very easygoing personality. Additionally, I am very tidy and make it a habit to keep my living space clean. If I had to describe my strengths, I'd say I'm responsible, respectful, and pretty good at living with other people. During my military service, I even received a recommendation from my commanding officer, so I guess I'm not too difficult to live with !
