Meggan is looking for flatmates in Woodridge for $400 per fortnight

The property is close to the train stations and also many bus stops along the main road. It is close to Logan central shopping center as well. Serious people o lying please. I have had people say they are coming to look then ghost me. I am really needing someone to rent out the room. Its not the best unit but its a place to live if you need somewhere Based at Woodridge I am 38 years old and working as a Casual Educator at After School care. This may change. I am a nerd and love anime and gaming. I usually keep to myself but up for a conversation. I have two cats that are indoor and will warm up to you over time The room I am renting out can fit a double bed maybe a queen but will make it a bit small. If you do a double bed you can fit a desk in there as well. There is a built in wardrobe as well. There is also a desk in there already and a standing wardrobe if you want them. I haven't got photo's of the room as someone is living in there. When it's closer to moving out I might be able to get photos Downstairs is a small lounge room that you can put a couch and tv. There is internet which will be split if you want to use it and the electricity will be quarterly. Move in date 15th of August. Bond will be 700. Rent is 400 a fortnight. I am looking for someone that has a job or studying and goibg to tafe or uni for it. No smoking inside the unit either. Must be outside You will be put on the lease so it will cost 150 to be put on and a new lease sent out. That is what my real estate does and yes I have checked abd some do it.
