One flatmate in Berri looking for a second
About this ad
Looking for a clean and quiet housemate, must be employed. No cats. This is a private rental, two bedroom with a large yard. Housemate gets a room and the study. As seen by the photos, its no castle. But its cheap and allows dogs. I am away 50% of the time for work during fire season, I spend the rest of my time at the gym or with my dog out somewhere. Typical house rules will apply, otherwise the landlord is very relaxed and understanding.
One person lives here at the moment, and they are looking for a flatmate.
This advertiser has selected Rental Property as a feature of this ad.
This means that the property is being advertised as a rental property where prospective tenants would probably need to sign a rental agreement with the landlord or the real eastate agent. As an accommodation seeker, the advertiser is requesting a rental property as opposed to moving in to share accommodation.

How to Actually Organise Your Share House (Without the Group Chat Imploding)
Flatmate Circle is a purpose-built hub for people who actually live together. It sits inside your flatmate.com account and brings everything a share house needs to function like a household rather than a collection of strangers who happen to share a fridge.
