One flatmate in Sutherland looking for a second
About this ad
Hi guys, Looking for a roommate for 6 months. Start date negotiable. I’m an emergency service worker and occasionally do night shifts so would prefer someone who has done shifts or understands it ☺️ I have two Burmese cats and they are absolute angels. I’m very clean and often home on weekends. Photos of room to be sent upon request. Of note - there is no cupboard in spare room so own furniture would be required for storage.
One person lives here at the moment, and they are looking for a flatmate.
This advertiser has selected Rental Property as a feature of this ad.
This means that the property is being advertised as a rental property where prospective tenants would probably need to sign a rental agreement with the landlord or the real eastate agent. As an accommodation seeker, the advertiser is requesting a rental property as opposed to moving in to share accommodation.

You Brought Someone Home Last Night To The Sharehouse. Should You Have Told Your Flatmates?
But somewhere between the front door and your bedroom, you walked past the kitchen, the living room, the laptop your flatmate left on the couch, and the keys hanging by the door. And your new friend, who you’ve known for approximately four hours, walked right through all of it. This is the part nobody really talks about.

Difficult Flatmate? A Share House Guide to Trust, Safety, and Moving On
Rents are up, vacancy is tight, and the average housemate arrangement now has real stakes riding on it: your home, your sleep, your mental health, sometimes your safety, and a rental history that's not easy to rebuild if it gets bent out of shape.
