I’m looking to start a new lease in Nobbys beach not far from the beach and shops it will be great to start a new chapter with someone like minded either a male or female or even a couple. I can change rooms to give more space for a couple. you will have a walk in wardrobe and ensuite if you love the beach, everyone around this area is nice! Really great community, it’s a nice place to live. The appartments have a stunning pool spa and bbq area. The inside is nice too as you can see in the pictures but I’m lacking a few furniture items and there will only be a small TV in the lounge area but the balcony has a nice feel to it facing the street listening to the birds, plenty of greenery, trees and wildlife sometimes visit it is very relaxing here and being not far from Nobbys beach and shops. I am a bit of a home body but don’t mind an occasional drink at home cooked meals and things of this nature. I don’t have many people over I tend to keep to myself. If you’re interested in looking at the amazing apartment please let me know it’s quite nice and the pool is divine! You will love it once you see how much potential it has here if a couples interested rent will be 300 if a single is interested rent will be $440
